Grand Opening!

We hosted a ribbon-cutting ceremony with members of Emmet County, Bear Creek Township, and local businesses to celebrate this monumental occasion for our ever-growing community! The Grand Opening of Pine Pond marks not just the beginning of a new chapter for future residents but also a significant milestone for the local communities of Petoskey and surrounding areas.

First Homeowners

We’ve officially sold our first few homes at Pine Pond, just shy of one year since breaking ground on what used to be a quarry in beautiful Petoskey, Michigan! We are so excited to welcome our first members of hte Pine Pond community to their brand new homes!

NEW HOME TYPE: The Outlook

In July, we announced that a brand new, never-before-seen home type, the Outlook, was coming to Pine Pond with a first delivery expected this summer. The Outlook is part of our Pioneer series of homes and features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and cathedral ceilings!

Woodland Home Delivery

We received another home delivery today! Pine Pond is really starting to come together as we start to put homes on lots all across the property. The Woodland Home is a part of our Partner Series, perfect for growing families and folks in the Petoskey workforce.

Infrastructure is Going In

Introducing Pine Pond Homes in Petoskey, MI

In March 2024, Pine Pond was introduced to the world through a website launch and a newly active social media presence. The first home on property was built to become the Sales Office and model Nantucket home.

November 2023

Construction Begins on Property

In late 2023, construction crews broke new ground on the gravel quarry in Bear Creek Township outside of Petoskey, Michigan. This, among other things like permitting and approvals, was the first big step in bringing reasonably-priced housing back to the Northern Michigan area.
